amazing shot to start off with, but the HDR just makes it better. Awesome
thx for the nice comments and the favs!
I wonder, how you managed to get these nice stars around the lamps?
thx pelham, they appeared by taking the picture with a very high aperture value (in this case f/18). This lens tends to create more spiky stars with higher f-numbers, as with lower numbers they are less visible/ more blurry.
This is really beautiful, my cheesy little camera just creates shapeless blops.
Thanks for stopping by and commenting. This one, unfortunately, is not a magic mirror, but a gimp cut-and-paste. Hope, I didn’t disappoint you
awesome exposure and pov… great shot.
thx a lot, its cool there are still people enjoying this old picture!!
I like the shadow play on the stone here. How is it inside? There is a certain sterility to the East Wing, though I still like it in a way.
Maybe it is the color of the material here, but the East Wing seems a little lighter to me. Both seem to have that sort of sterile feel in common and, since most of the art here is in a ground floor gallery, there is a lot of cement to look at on the inside. The building does manage to still let in a decent amount of light and have a fairly attractive interior space though.
