How big is the orange county performing arts center?
I’m looking to buy tickets to Spring Awakening there, but I’m on a slight budget, so I’m getting the tickets. But they are mostly toward the back. On the seating chart, it seems like I would most likely not be able to see well. But when I saw Wicked at the Pantages, it seemed the same way, but when I got there, I could see perfectly. I don’t know what to do. The seats I was looking at are on the second tier, row ‘S’. What do you think?

I’d say you should be good. If nothing else, and you feel you’re too far away, bring binoculars. I was in the very last row and off to the far left when i went to see Wicked and I as well thought I wouldn’t be able to see, but I could see perfectly and the binoculars just helped me catch facial expressions when I wanted to and costume details. And most theaters do rent out binoculars for like five bucks. And, really, any seat in a theater is amazing. The way I look at it is that I’m ecstastic to go see any professional show like that and I deal with whatever seats I can afford.
Have fun going to see it. I have tickets for December when it comes to my city and I just bought the music last night and it seems amazing!
Extra note, the place I saw Wicked sat more than three thousand people so the last row was extremely far from the stage.
