How can i get ready for college at the art institute of Las Vegas in culinary arts?
I’m only a freshman in high school but I’m planning on going to this school for culinary arts what are some things i can do to to help increase my chances of getting a scholarship for the college and prepare for this college

learn how to cook, use an oven, stove, fridge, knives,bowls, whisks, learn how to read a cookbook. learn to use measuring cups (learn how to add/subtract) know what different kids of fruits and veggies there are and when they’re in season. learn to bake (and not out of a box)
