Art crawl starts 5 p.m. today
Meridian’s 2nd Annual Art Crawl happens today with more than 20 downtown businesses featuring art from local and regional artists. The free event is open to the public starting at 5 p.m. at the Meridian Main Street office, 2120-A Main St. The building is across from The Regions bank building that is on 22nd Avenue and Fifth Street.

if you don’t wanna spend a lot on the konad special polishes, use highly pigmented nail polishes that usually don’t need a second coat to be opaque, like china glaze
I tried it once, and it wouldnt work, then my and my sister saw that there was a plastic on the metal plate. i like it tho. after i took the plastic out. you have to kinda look for it on the plate.
Which ulta did you go to..like what city? i can’t find any from my ulta.. thnx
essence has more stamping plates than Konad! you just need to look better on the website.
And they have special stamping polish! Your polish is just to thin! thats why it is not really pretty on your nail.
@LePooke Essence does have their own special nail polish called “Stamp On Polish”, the store i checked out here in Hungary has only in black & white.. I havent tried it yet, but I wanted to check out & see, if it was worth buying it…
there are other plates from essence. the thing is difficult to find them.
about nail polishes, if you wait longer until take the image with the stamper, it will transfer better
dude. i think it works pretty well for 2.99
try to shake or roll the nail polish in your hand to mix the colors… see if that helps!
U have to use their own brand Konad nail polish for the plate!
their have special nail polish which is thicker than normal ordinary nail polish!
then u will get the desire pattern nicer!
and they do have over 100 varieties of pattern plate selling in their store!
I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet, but you DO NOT have to buy special nail polishes in order for this to work. Some work better than others. I’ve used this system for over a year now & found that:
1- You can take your time putting the polish onto the plate, but once you use the scraper, you have to be fast with the application of it onto your nail or it dries up.
2- There are inexpensive polishes out there like Wet ‘n Wild’s Black or White that work great.

And it works perfect!
I own essence to. But when in did it the first time, it was a big mess! But now i now how to do it.
It works amazin,but it’s kind of shire and there is like maby 5 more plates :d great deal for 3bucks
now they sell the essence nail art stampy polish!
but the problem is it doesn’t work at all!
when jou scrape you scrape it all away!

I think you can buy the Konad image plates instead is you don’t mind spending the extra cash.. XD
Try doing it without the towel, or use a thinner one. The more solid your surface is, the better your success will be with this.

I have this thing and it sucks !! The image will not transfer at all !! I’ve tried like 10 different polishes but it doesn’t make a difference !

Its hard for me to my nails whit the essence stampy set…
