I used to live in Belltown. I know there is a Chase branch on 1st one block north of Vine.

That place is way down by the waterfront and a couple 7 blocks from the public market so downtown there are chase and other banks almost every few blocks up by 4th and pike downtown.

If you are looking for a local bank, there is a Sound Community Bank on the corner of 5th and Virginia near Belltown. They also have an ATM at the Art Institute of Seattle.
